Real Change. One Conversation at a Time.
Coaching isn't about being told what to do. It's about having the space, and the right questions, to figure it out yourself.
How I Work
I work as your thought and accountability partner. My job is not to hand you answers. It's to give you the time, space, and guidance to find your own.
Here's what I hear often: most people don't have someone who can sit and truly listen. No judgment, no advice, no one else's story about what worked for their neighbor's cousin. That kind of listening turns out to be rarer and more powerful than many people expect.
Some clients prefer structured exercises between sessions. Others like to work things out in real time — exploring job sites, comparing role descriptions, brainstorming contacts. The process is yours to shape.
What Working Together Looks Like
Most clients begin with 4-5 sessions. Here's the arc:
01
Getting Everything on the Table
We start with what's working, what isn't, what you want, and what you don't. No agenda except yours.
02
Setting SMART Goals
Together we build Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound goals that give your intentions real shape.
03
Tracking & Adjusting
The middle sessions track your progress and give you room to adjust your plans.
04
Reflection & Next Steps
The final session is for looking back and stepping forward. What shifted, what you’ve learned and where you go from here.
What Changes
"I know I want something different. I just don't know what that is."
Whether you land the job you want, make a move you’ve been putting off, or identify work that finally fits, coaching can help you gain confidence that change is possible.
You already have what it takes. Sometimes you just need someone in your corner while you find it.
