ABOUT WILMA

A smiling mature woman with short gray hair, wearing a beige blazer over a black turtleneck, standing in a bright indoor setting.

Long before I became a coach, I was the person people called when they needed to think out loud about what to do next.

Now I do it professionally.

Who I Am

I am a Career Transition Coach with more than three decades of corporate experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, fintech, and marketing agencies. This journey has given me an insider's perspective on what it takes to navigate professional change.

After retiring from The Coca-Cola Company, I completed International Coaching Federation (ICF) training and launched my coaching practice. Today, I help mid-to-later-career professionals move from lives they drifted into to lives they intentionally choose.

As a charter volunteer in a six-year high school mentoring program, I have a particular passion for supporting rising first-generation college students and others who are charting new territory without a roadmap.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me reading, traveling to visit family and friends, or organizing photos and memorabilia.

You already have what it takes.

Sometimes you just need someone in your corner while you find it.
