1. ABOUT OUR COACHING SERVICE
Coaching is a structured, collaborative relationship in which your coach partners with you to support personal and professional growth. The process is future-focused and goal-oriented, using conversation, reflection, and strategic exercises to help you identify strengths, set clear objectives, and build action plans.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or financial advice, and does not substitute for those professional services.
What We Work On Together
Coaching engagements typically focus on areas such as personal development, career growth, leadership skills, goal setting, and professional strategy. While your coach is fully committed to supporting your progress, outcomes depend on your active participation and effort. Results cannot be guaranteed.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything you share with your coach is held in strict confidence. Your coach will not disclose your information to any third party except in the limited circumstances described below.
Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality does not apply to:
Information already in the public domain or known to the industry
Information your coach is legally required to disclose
Situations involving illegal activity or a risk of harm to you or others
3. PAYMENTS AND SCHEDULING
All coaching sessions are paid in advance. Payment is due prior to each session or package period before coaching begins.
Session times are agreed upon mutually between you and your coach. Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival will be forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be treated as canceled and charged accordingly.
Prepaid Hours
Unused prepaid coaching hours may not be transferable to a third party. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of your coach.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us directly.
We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS communications may be facilitated through trusted service providers solely for operational purposes.
6. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION
Record Retention: The Coach may keep records of coaching sessions, progress notes, and communications for a period of three (3) years as per professional and legal standards.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including providing services, maintaining records, and complying with legal obligations.
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. COOKIES & WEBSITE ANALYTICS
This website may use cookies and similar technologies (including tools such as Squarespace analytics or Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, improve performance, and enhance user experience.

10. AI NOTETAKING DISCLOSURE
To ensure that the Coach can focus fully on the conversation, notes may be taken using an AI-powered notetaking tool. This tool captures transcripts for the purpose of generating notes and action items.
You are free to opt out of AI notetaking at any time before or during a call.
No recordings or transcripts will be shared outside of this practice without the express written consent of the Client.
11. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Our services are operated in the United States. If you are accessing our website or services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
14. GOVERNING LAW
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Mediation & Legal Action: If a dispute arises, both Parties agree to attempt good faith mediation for 30 days before initiating legal action. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in Georgia.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
